🔥 What to Expect
Your private event begins with a live glassblowing demonstration, giving your group an up-close look at the process and tools of the hot shop. Then, under the guidance of our experienced instructors, each participant will step up to the bench and create their own glass piece, such as an ornament, paperweight, or cup.
No experience is necessary — we guide everyone step by step and prioritize safety while keeping the experience exciting and approachable.

Pricing is flat-rate per group and scales with size:

Scheduling
Private Hot Glass Experiences are offered on select Wednesday and Thursday evenings, when the Hot Shop is reserved exclusively for your group.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need any prior glassblowing experience?
Not at all! This experience is beginner-friendly. Our instructors guide each participant step by step and handle all safety considerations.
What will each participant make?
Each person will create one glass piece. Your choice of an ornament, paperweight, or cup.
How long is the experience?
Private group experiences last 3 hours. 6pm-9pm
When can we pick up our finished glass?
All pieces must cool slowly in our kiln and are typically ready for pickup the following Wednesday. Shipping may be available upon request for an additional fee.
What ages can participate?
This experience is best suited for ages 14 and up. All participants must be able to follow verbal instructions and safety guidelines.
What should we wear?
Closed-toe shoes are required. We recommend comfortable clothing made from natural fibers (cotton or denim). Long hair should be tied back.
Can we bring food or drinks?
Yes! Bring whatever you would like. We allow catering if you would like to bring in a company for that. Please include in your order tables and chairs if you would like a formal set up.
What if I have people that drop out after I book?
We ask that any adjustments in numbers be communicated to the studio no less then 24 hours before the event.
Can I bring extra people if they aren't making something?
100% Our studio is open to public and we have plenty of space. The more the merrier.
