Service Description

Make your own fused heart that you can turn into a pin, magnet or window hanging. Discover a whole new way to celebrate the sweetheart season. This hands of experience introduces you to the art of glass fusing. You will be cutting and arranging flat glass into works of art to fill your home or brighten up any outfit. This is a perfect class for beginners and is a great way to unwind with friends and loved ones. We can offer you design ideas for your projects but you are always welcome to create something totally unique if the creative juices start flowing. After you are done with you class we will fire your pieces in our kiln, fusing all of the different glass elements you choose together. Items can take up to a week to fire depending on the volume of work we need to anneal. You will need to return to pick up your work. All of our glass fusing classes make the most sense for students who are above the age of 10. Students will be handling broken pieces of flat glass and at times cutting glass themselves with glass cutters and nippers.
