3 Hour Private Glassblowing Lessons

Service Description

This class allows up to two people to experience a 3 hour glassblowing lesson. If you want a larger group, please email info@blackstoneriverglass.com to book a private group class. Dive deep into the furnace with this hands on intensive experience. This class is great for beginners that want to get one on one direction and instruction. Through demos and exploration, each student will learn how to gather, shape and color their molten piece of glass. In this class, students will discuss shapes and objects and work together forming the glass into a finished product. Shapes can include vases, glasses, bowls, pumpkins, paperweights, and more. Bring your creativity! For Intermediate students, our instructors will help you build a skill set that will help you become a more independent glassblower. Come with ideas of what you would like to achieve and expect to be challenged. Private lessons are designed to nurture the glass enthusiast and work one on one with the individual at their pace. Private Lessons are by appointment only and available day or night during the week and on Sundays.
