Make Your Own Cheese Board
Glass fusing is the joining together of pieces of glass at high temperature, usually in a kiln. This is usually done roughly between 1,292 ° and 1,510 °F and can range from tack fusing at lower temperatures, in which separate pieces of glass stick together but still retain their individual shapes, to full fusing at higher ones, in which separate pieces merge smoothly into one another.
During this class our instructors will walk you through the basics of glass fusing. You will be given a 12x6 sheet of clear glass and access to our tools and glass embellishments. The sky is the limit in terms of design.
Once you are satisfied with your project, you will leave it with us to be fired in our kiln. We will supply Wine and Charcuterie for this festive class. Grab a friend or roll solo. All class members will learn the techniques required to cut, tack, and fuse glass.
